MİHENK - National Aviation Industry Committee
Türkiye Regional Management Structure (Turkish RMS)
MIHENK (National Aviation Industry Committee) serves as the SAHA Istanbul Defense & Aerospace Cluster Technical Committee and represents the Turkish National Aeronautics, Space and Defense Industry.
MIHENK and its work, the European Sector Management Structure (SMS), the European Aerospace Quality Group (EAQG) Certification Oversight Team (COT) and the Turkish National Aviation and Space Industry Association; It supports the revising SAHA Istanbul Defense and Aviation Cluster.

MIHENK cooperates closely with TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) at the national level to fulfill the requirements of the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) OPMT structure.
MISSION
- Represent the Turkish ICOP Scheme at the European Aerospace Quality Group (EAQG) Certification Oversight Team (COT)Level
- Perform Oversight Assessments at the National Accreditation Body (NAB) and the Certification Body (CB)‘s
- Reports to the European Aerospace Quality Group (EAQG) Certification Oversight Team (COT) about the Status and Activities of Turkish Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) Scheme
- Participate in the Periodic Assessment of other National Schemes within the European Secto

Creating of Turkish Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) scheme and ensuring compliance with the 9104 series standards of the National Accreditation Body (NAB) and Accredited Certification Bodies (CB)‘s
