The Ütaksis project was established with 100% domestic capital and private initiative. Initially carried out through the collaboration of two companies, the project has evolved over time to achieve more effective, rapid, and stable growth under the name "Ütaksis Software Technologies Inc." to align with its brand.

Originally designed for the production of medical devices, the project was later adapted for use in the Defense and Automotive sectors. The project's infrastructure is continuously updated by keeping up with the latest technologies. User feedback and field experience are taken into account to evaluate customer demands, and development is carried out considering the regulations applicable to the industry. The aim is to provide industry-specific solutions to effectively meet customer needs.

In today's world, considering the concept of remote work, the architectural structure has been designed to be compatible with all operating systems and capable of functioning from any location with an internet connection. In an era where security is paramount, a multi-layered and role-based IP access restriction and a secure working environment through VPN have been established. In terms of traceability, in critical situations that require the retrieval of products from the field, it is possible to track all components of the product, types of materials used in the components, production processes, as well as the personnel involved in the production process and the equipment they use. This enables the detection of defective products and facilitates a solution-oriented approach.

The project actively integrates with the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), developed by the Ministry of Health, which balances the entire sector as a medical device manufacturer, importer, and user. It fully complies with the latest Medical Device Regulation (MDR) issued by the European Union.

For defense industry manufacturers, it ensures data security in critical situations and has the capability to operate in a closed circuit independent of the internet. The closed circuit system prevents external attacks.
