Pharus Tech Engineering and Technology Inc. was established in 2021 with the vision of nationalizing the communication devices that the Republic of Turkey has had to import for many years and exporting them to the world with innovative solutions. Founded by an experienced team of engineers from leading institutions in the defense industry, Pharus Tech operates in Ankara and Istanbul.

Designing and manufacturing emergency locator devices—known as Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELT) for aircraft, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB) for marine vessels, and Personal Locator Beacons (PLB) for personal use—entirely with domestic and national resources, Pharus Tech serves as a supplier and technical partner to critical large-scale companies in Turkey, the MENA Region, and Europe. Pharus Tech also continues its work in the field of wearable electronic equipment with an innovative technological approach within the framework of university-industry cooperation.

With an approach focused on nationalization and exports, Pharus Tech is rapidly continuing its efforts to obtain and align with the AS9100 Aerospace and Space Quality Management System certification, in addition to its existing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 certificates.
