Our company commenced operations in Bergama in December 2022 and, in line with its growing production capacity and evolving operational requirements, relocated to its new facility in Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone in March 2024, where it continues its activities.

Established with 100% domestic capital, our company aims to create value in its industry through a production approach focused on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Under the leadership of our General Manager, Serkan BOĞAZ, the company continues its operations and growth. On May 5, 2026, it was acquired by Verde Yağ Besin Mad. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., founded by Murat TÜRKAL, further strengthening its position in the industry through innovative, reliable, and sustainable solutions.

Operating on a total area of 5,000 m², including 3,600 m² of enclosed production space, our company delivers high-quality and reliable products to the industry. By effectively utilizing technology, we continuously improve the efficiency of our business processes while adopting industry best practices. Through the DUGAN ERP Management System, we meticulously manage all processes from production to shipment.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Our company operates advanced manufacturing and inspection processes designed to achieve the highest quality standards. From CNC machining centers to precision measurement equipment, we adopt a commitment to excellence at every stage of production.

Machining Capabilities

Our CNC Swiss-Type Sliding Headstock Lathes are capable of machining with an accuracy of 3 microns and can process parts with diameters up to 32 mm, ensuring high efficiency and precision.

Our CNC Turning Centers provide machining accuracy of 2 microns. These machines deliver exceptional performance in the production of complex components and are capable of meeting a wide range of machining requirements.

Our CNC Vertical Machining Centers also operate with 2-micron precision and are equipped with a divider system that provides an auxiliary axis capability. This feature offers enhanced flexibility and accuracy for more complex machining operations. In addition, the Optical Tool Setting (OTS) System ensures highly precise tool measurements. These machines are capable of machining parts with diameters up to 200 mm while maintaining superior efficiency and accuracy.

Furthermore, our facility is equipped with a CNC 5-Axis Machining Center featuring 2-micron machining accuracy and the capability to process parts with diameters up to 630 mm. This machine enables the highly accurate machining of complex geometries and multidimensional components.

To support our manufacturing operations, we also utilize conventional universal machines, which provide additional flexibility and contribute to overall production efficiency.

Software and Integrated Systems

Our production processes are supported by powerful engineering and manufacturing software solutions, including Siemens NX CAD/CAM, GO2cam, MSC Nastran (MSC Cosmos), and SolidWorks. These software platforms ensure high accuracy and efficiency throughout all stages, from design and engineering to manufacturing.

In addition, MİCAT software enables the automatic generation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) data from 3D models and facilitates the rapid creation of measurement programs. Its integrated path function automatically selects optimal measurement routes, resulting in significant time and labor savings.

Measurement Technologies

To ensure measurement accuracy and maintain the highest quality standards, our company utilizes advanced metrology technologies. Our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), equipped with a real-time temperature compensation system, performs measurements with an accuracy of 1.7 μm. This system successfully meets the most demanding measurement and inspection requirements.

Additionally, our quality control processes are supported by advanced equipment, including a Trimos 2D Measuring System, a high-precision Vision Measuring Machine, and a Surface Roughness Measurement Device. These technologies ensure exceptional accuracy, reliability, and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
