ART MOLD Mold Accessories Industry and Trade Inc., initially established as Art Kalıp, began operations in 2005, producing mold accessories consisting of cylindrical columns and bushings.

With a high-quality and well-established machinery park, the company quickly reached a point where 100% of its production was exported abroad. Following the division of the parent company, it has continued its operations under its new name since 2015.

Our company works with 3µ precision tolerances in all its products, and one of the most important factors in achieving this precision is controlling the ambient temperature with automatic climate control. This ensures a constant temperature of around 20-23°C throughout the entire production line.

In the manufacturing of our products, we use 16MnCrS5 (1.7131) quality steel, which is highly suitable for gas carburization. After heat treatment, the material hardness is stabilized at 58-62 HRC. Through heat treatment using the gas cementation technique, the material develops adjustable hardness on its outer surface and flexibility in its internal structure to prevent brittleness. This guarantees the durability and longevity of our products.
