TÜRK STANDARTLARI ENSTİTÜSÜ

Turkish Standards Institute; was established with the law no. 132 of 18.11.1960 with the aim of making all kinds of goods and products and procedures and service standards. The ministry is the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The Institute is a public institution which has a legal personality and is managed according to the provisions of private law and its short name and brand is TSE. This brand is shown in various ways. This trademark cannot be used under any circumstances without the permission of the Turkish Standards Institute. The standards adopted by the Turkish Standards Institute alone are called the Turkish Standard. These standards are voluntary and may be compulsory by the approval of the ministry. In order for a standard to be compulsory, it must be Turkish standard. The mandatory standards are published in the Official Gazette.
